How does OnlineEstimate work?
Your potential clients click the link to your Estimate Form
either from your web site or e-mail that you send them. After
they enter the form, they fill out their contact information,
basic moving information, and quantities for each item that
they want moved. Once the form is submitted you will receive
the e-mail with the information. If your clients decide to include
their e-mail address they will also receive the same e-mail.

How Can I effectively use OnlineEstimate?
OnlineEstimate could be used in two ways. One way is to
add a link on your web site. Your clients will be able to reach
OnlineEstimate Form directly from your web site. The other way
is with your e-mail. E-mail the link to your potential client.
Once you receive the form you will probably have 80-90% of information
required to successfully quote a price for the move.

I don't have Web site. What can I do?
No problem. If you don't have a web site you can use your
e-mail account to send a link to your potential client. For
example, your client would call you and ask about the quote.
You can offer them your OnlineEstimate Form, ask for their e-mail
address and e-mail them the link. The link will be provided
to you once you join.

I am not receiving the e-mail with an estimate?
Some ISP's (Internet Service Providers) like AOL (America
Online), or Earthlink, or if you have a spam protector may filter
the e-mail and prevent you from getting it. Let you e-mail program
to allow delivery of e-mails from www.myeform.com (myeform.com is a sister web
site owned by DanubeNet).

Is my OnlineEstimate shared with any other company?
ABSOLUTELLY NOT. Under no circumstances shall we collect
and share your information with any other entity, private or
public. Your estimate is sent only to you and your client if
they include their e-mail address. Please review our privacy policy.

Is my estimate stored anywhere? Can I retrieve it?
OnlineEstimate is not stored and the only way to keep the
track of your estimates is through your e-mail software (Microsoft
Outlook, Yahoo, etc.).

How do I add link OnlineEstimate Form to my web site?
Contact your web master (person that developed your web site)
and let them know that you want to add a link. You will need
to modify your HTML code.

Certainly.Let us know and we can modify your web site for
you. Our hourly rate is $75/hour, and final price would depend
on the size of your web site. In general, median price for web
site modification is between $200-$400 one time fee.

Is there a contract?
There is no contract. OnlineEstimate is on a subscription
basis (month to month) and could be cancelled at any time.
Should you decide to cancel subscription it will expire at
the end of your billing cycle.

What is my cost for using OnlineEstimate Form?
Your only charge for unlimited form use is a monthly fee
of $24.95 for a single form (residential or office), or $39.95
for two forms (both residential and office). All of the forms
hosted by DanubeNet are subject to monthly subscription fee.

What is the cost of custom-built forms/application?
DanubeNet can build custom applications. Cost of custom-built
applications depends on complexity, custom features, and required

would be part of our custom-built service. Your new form is
